How To Make An App: Beginner’s Guide Hookup

You can make an app without coding. You may be thinking, “I don’t know anything about programming, and I don’t want to waste my time learning how to code.” I get it. But you don’t have to know anything about coding to make an app. In fact, I’ve created a whole series of apps without any coding knowledge. And that’s how I made my latest app, Guide to Growing Up. Want to know how? I walk you through every step, step-by-step.

What is an app?

In case you haven’t noticed, apps are big and trendy. They’re everywhere. Apple made it big with the App Store. Facebook made it big with Facebook. There are apps for just about anything you can imagine. Some apps take the place of a book or magazine; others replace a calendar.  There are many successful dating apps like Tinder, Bumble, and even fuck book apps for people looking for casual sex. And it’s getting bigger and bigger. According to a study by eMarketer, global smartphone revenue increased by 25.6% in 2015, compared to 2014. In 2015, global app revenue increased by 21.9%, on track to hit a whopping $35.6 billion. There’s a reason why everyone is developing apps. The consumer base is huge. An estimated 4 billion people worldwide own smartphones. More people are carrying mobile phones than walking around with personal computers.

Why make an app?

First of all, apps are fun. And secondly, apps are awesome. Why? Apps let you put your knowledge to work. They’re something you can apply immediately to your business and personal life. Apps let you be an expert in something! I make apps for my businesses. My friends make apps for their businesses. You can make apps for your business. Apps let you be an expert in something! When you make an app, you not only create an end product, but you also do something in the process. You are creating something that you will be proud of for years to come. If you ever wanted to create something but didn’t know where to start, you can’t make an app. You may be thinking, “What about all the time I would have to spend learning to code?

What can you do with an app?

First, you can create your own app. Or, you can find apps and plugins that already do the work for you, and you can install them on your website or app. With a native app, you get full access to the functions of your device. With a mobile website, you can create a mobile version of your website or create your app in a web browser. Either way, you have complete control over what your customers can and cannot do. And you can store all the data from your app or website on your server to make it easy to update later. The Internet was made to be shared. You can share the code for your app, and other people can also make it. People can go to your website, download the code, and make their own app. So why are apps so hot?

Step 1: Find a problem people need solving

Before you start writing, you’ll want to find a problem that you believe can be solved by you as an individual. The problem should relate to your current situation, lifestyle, or passions. For example, if you want to get in shape but don’t want to spend hours running, you might want to look for a site where you can lose weight in 30 minutes a day. Step 2 – Find a channel to get the word out After you find a problem that will fit in with your desires, find a channel to share it on. For example, if you want to lose weight but don’t want to take up running, you might want to use social media to share your weight loss stories with people. Step 3 – Find the best way to tell your story Finally, find the best way to share your story so that it gets shared often.

Step 2: Figure out a way to solve the problem

The most common way to solve a problem is by brainstorming. You can write down as many ideas as you want, but the best way to come up with a good solution is to go through a mental exercise. For me, this mental exercise involves imagining the people I care about in a problem. For example, in the Guide to Growing Up app, I needed to figure out a way to show kids the importance of staying off their phones. So I came up with a scenario. Imagine that you’re watching your friends go down a hill on a skateboard. It hurts to watch, and you don’t want to be a wuss. Then imagine that you’re the skateboard, stuck on the hill, and you’ve forgotten to take your phone off. The phone knows you have a whole bunch of stuff on there, and it’s pinging. The phone keeps you glued to the screen.  Not to mention the oldest problem in the book – dating.  That’s why dating apps that help people meet up for sex are so popular.

Step 3: Design that solves the problem

Step 1 – Why don’t my parents like my boyfriend?
Step 2 – My girlfriend only likes a stupid app for cleaning my hair.
Step 3 – How do I tell my mom she looks like a cow?
Step 4 – What is a tangle to you?
Step 5 – I want to find out the secret of being a king.
Step 6 – What makes you angry?
Step 7 – What do you need to do if your dishwasher breaks?
Step 8 – How can I stop losing?
Step 9 – How can I find the girl who’s looking for the guy I’m looking for?
Step 10 – What makes you happy?
Step 11 – Can I make an app to make you happy?
Step 12 – What will you look like in five years?
Step 13 – What should I do if I get a bad grade on my finals?
Step 14 – If you come back to life in the future, how will you judge me?
Step 15 – What’s the purpose of your body?
Step 16 – Do you like to wear yellow or green?

Step 4: Write the code

Ready to put your design skills to work? Let’s write the code. Find a design you like Before you write the code, you’re going to need to get a design. So I recommend that you download a free design app that helps you easily and quickly create the app you want. One app that I like is Canva. Go to Canva.com and upload an image from your computer. You can upload as many images as you’d like. The free version comes with 20 different images to choose from. It’s a great app that lets you create a professional-looking image within minutes. For the Guide to Growing Up app, I chose a photo of my son Charlie as a reference. Design the app’s main menu This is a good time to plan out the content of your app. You’re going to need four screens.

Step 5: Test & launch

Everything you learned up to this point is useless if your app doesn’t actually work. If you launch it on iOS, expect people to download it, maybe play around with it, and then leave it alone. Or worse, they’ll trash it. A lot of people ask me, “Why didn’t you hire an outside designer to make this app look professional?” My answer is simple: I’m not an artist. That’s what apps are for. How To Make An App: Tips And Tricks I’ve written about the big picture in my post “Learn How To Make an App: The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide.” For this section, I want to focus on some of the ins and outs of app development. The bottom line is that you want to focus on making something that people want to use. What would you want to do with an app? What would you want to get out of it?

Conclusion

So, the bottom line is, Making apps without coding is easier than you think. And there’s no reason you can’t try to make an app and learn a thing or two along the way. It’s also totally free. Here’s a complete walkthrough of my process for Guide to Growing Up. Ready to Create Your Own?
